Mini homemade Quest bars!!!
Made them small to experiment with several flavors. They were a hit!
The base for one bar (4 mini ones):
1 scoop protein powder (1/3cup)
1 tbsp flax seed (or oat flour)
1 tbsp nut butter of choice
1 tbsp sweetener (I used Truvia)
1-2 tbsp water as needed
Mix/knead with hands til dense, then flatten and cut into squares/bars
🍪Peanut butter- used vanilla protein, peanut butter, plus some extra crunchy PB on top🍪
🍦Vanilla Almond- vanilla protein, almond butter, sliced almonds🍦
🍯Cinnamon roll- vanilla protein, almond butter, 1.5 tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp vanilla🍯
🍫Brownie batter- chocolate protein, peanut butter, chocolate chips🍫
🍪Peanut Butter Cup- PB Cup protein, peanut butter, cocoa, extra PB on top🍪
🍓PB&J- vanilla protein, peanut butter, sugar free strawberry jelly on top (this was a favorite)🍓
🍌Can’t wait to try banana instead of nut butter with walnuts for a banana nut one!!! 🍌
